The Staywell Partnership is a network of organisations in Newham dedicated to enhancing the social, emotional, 
and physical wellbeing of older residents.
We believe that older people deserve vibrant, connected lives — with access to activities, support, 
and opportunities that promote health, happiness, and community.

• Deliver Physical Activities including chair-based exercise, dance, and movement
• Offer Complimentary Therapies to support relaxation and wellbeing
• Run Social Groups that foster connection and reduce isolation
• Provide Digital Skills Training to help older people stay connected
• Facilitate Food & Nutrition Workshops for healthy living
• Host Arts & Crafts Sessions to encourage creativity and self-expression
• Create Safe Spaces for Peer Support and Community Engagement
