Empowering Local Voices.
Supporting Community Rights.

The Advice and Advocacy Forum brings together organisations, professionals and local residents committed to ensuring everyone in Newham has access to the support and guidance they need.

We understand that navigating services — from housing and benefits to immigration, health, or legal matters — can be overwhelming. That’s why our forum exists: to create a collaborative space where advice and advocacy providers can connect, share knowledge and coordinate efforts to support our communities better.

💬 What We Do

  • Build Connections between local advice and support organisations
  • Share Resources and up-to-date guidance across sectors
  • Advocate for Systemic Change based on what residents face every day
  • Host Community Events & Listening Sessions to hear directly from those affected
  • Collaborate on Campaigns that promote equity, justice, and access to services

🤝 Who Can Get Involved?

Whether you provide advice, champion local rights, or simply want to help build a fairer borough — we welcome your voice.

  • Local charities and voluntary organisations
  • Independent advocates and caseworkers
  • Legal aid and housing advisors
  • Residents with lived experience
  • Public service partners
